A Marina di Ragusa, caratteristico paese di pescatori, ricca di spiagge di sabbia finissima e pittoresche scogliere, sorge "Le Chicche", splendida villa sul mare con rifiniture di lusso ed ogni genere di confort. Veramente suggestive sono le necropoli di Pantalica e Cava d'Ispica, scavate nella roccia a picco sui fiumi. Molto belle sono anche le splendide città barocche di Noto, Scicli, Modica e Ragusa Ibla. Sono possibili escursioni, per visite giornaliere, a Catania, Taormina, Agrigento e Caltagirone.

Distances: 100 km. from Catania airport where you can find busses or taxis or you can rent cars. Nearby there are 2 natural reserves (Irminio River km. 3 and Randello wood reserve km. 9) with magnificent sandy beaches where you can also go by bike and archeological areas (Kaukana km. 1 and Kamarina km. 11). You can easily go to many other well known Greek ex colonies as, for example, Taormina (120 km.) Palazzolo Acreide (70 km.) Siracusa (90 km.) where in summer time Greek theatres open again to the pubblic to show ancient classical dramas. In Pantalica and Cava d'Ispica you can visit pictoresque "necropoli" carved in the stone and facing the rivers. Moreaver baroque towns as Noto, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla can be visited taking the opportunity to admire these architectural treasures. Daily trips to Catania, Taormina, Agrigento and Caltagirone are possible. The villa is composed of: a big furnished tropical garden. Grownd floor: 2 big furnished open space terraces facing the garden; a tinningroom, a sittingroom, a modern well-equiped kitchen, a shower outside a washingroom with a washingmachine. First floor: wonderful terrace facing the sea, 2 balconies, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. In winter time to heat the innerspace there is a fireplace in the sittingroom heathers everywhere. In summer time to low the temperature there is an air-conditioner in one bedroom and fans every where. In the house there are also furnitures, potteries and silver objets dated the end of the 19 century. Connected to the big flat there is a smaller at one absolutely indipendent on 2 floors. Grownd floor: a complete kitchen, a sitting-room with 2 bed-sofas. A big furwished garden outside. First floor: a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. In front of the house there is a supermarket and nearby there are bars, restaurants, pubs, sporting centres where you can practice tennis, beach volley, basket-ball, sailing, surf, kite and bikers paths there is also a wather-park, 3 cinemas at the open air and within 5 km there are 3 discos.

On arrive à l'aérogare de Catania où on prends l'autobus ou on loue une voyture parce qu' il y a 100 km de distance. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter: 2 réserves naturelles (le fleuve Irminio et le forestier de Randello) avec des plages de sable fin où on peut arriver avec le vélo. Zones archeologiques: Kaukana et Kamarina, Agrigento, Taormina, Palazzolo Acreide, Siracusa, Pantalica et Cava d'Ispica. Zones de Baroque: Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Caltagirone. Sports à faire: voile, surf, kite, tennis beach volley, basket ball, mountainbike, foot-ball. Amuseements: 3 discotéques, 3 cinémas, 1 eau-park, pubs, restaurants, pizzas. La villa est composée par: 1 grand jardin tropical maublé étage terrain: salon exterieur et interieur, salle à manger, cuisine complète, blanchisserie complète, une douche à l'exterieur. premiere étage: 3 chambres à coucher doubles, 2 salles de bain, 1 grande véranda en face de la mer. Sie befindet sich in einem schönen, gepflegten Wohnviertel in Ragusa Marina, einem Ort, der nur 100 Km vom Flughafen Fontanarossa von Catania entfernt ist, und leicht mit Linienbussen, Taxis oder Mietwagen zu erreichen. Nicht weit entfernt und leicht auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen befinden sich zwei Naturschutzgebiete: die Macchia Foresta des Flusses Irminio (3 Km entfernt) und der Hegewald von Randello (9 Km entfernt), mit wunderschönen Sandstränden. Sehenswert sind auch die wichtigen archäologischen Stätten (Kaukana und Kamarina mit dem interessanten Museum). Leicht zu erreichen sind auch die Städte Taormina, Palazzolo Acreide und Syrakus, bekannte Kolonien der alt griechischen Zeit in deren Amphitheatern im Sommer berühmte klassische Werke aufgeführt werden, sowie auch Pantalica und Cava d’Ispica mit ihren eindrucksvollen, in den Felsen gegrabenen Nekropolen. Ganz in der Nähe liegen die wunderschönen zum Val di Noto gehörenden Barockstädte Noto, Scicli, Modica und Ragusa Ibla. Ausflüge nach Catania, Taormina, Agrigent oder Caltagirone können täglich unternommen werden.

- Erster Stock: wunderschöne große überdachte Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Marina; zwei große Balkone, Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett; zwei Doppelbettzimmer mit Hängeboden; zwei komplette Badezimmer
- Gepflegter großer Garten mit üppiger tropischer Vegetation.


Für angenehme Temperaturen sorgen:

- Ein Brennholzkamin im Wohn-Eßzimmerbereich,
- Eine Klimaanlage in dem Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett,
- Eine Gasheizungsanlage in allen Räumen,
- Ein Ventilator in einem der beiden Zweibettzimmer.
- Zu der schönen Ausstattung der Zimmer gehören auch einige antiken sizilianischen Möbelstücke aus den letzten Jahren des XIX. Jahrhunderts.

Neben der oben beschriebenen Villa befindet sich eine kleine auf zwei Stockwerke gebaute vollkomenn selbständige Wohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer kompletten Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, einem Badezimmer, einem Eß-Wohnzimmer mit zwei Bettcouchen. Große Terrasse mit Tisch und Gartenstühlen ausgestattet.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer Gegend, die mit Supermärkten, Restaurants, Pizzerien, Pubs, Tabak-und Zeitungswarenladen, Sportanlagen (Segeln, Surfen, Kite, Tennis, Hallenfußball, Beachvolley) und vielen für Radfahrer geeigneten Strecken, sowie einem Wasserpark und drei Open-Air-kinos ausgerüstet ist. Im Umkreis von 5 Km sind außerdem drei Diskotheken zu finden.
